This is a blog where T tries and reviews biscuits and gravy at restaurants across the Tampa Bay area, and G writes about the experience.

T and G are a thirty-something couple who love to try new restaurants. G is a strict vegetarian with food sensitivities always looking for vegetarian/vegan/allergy friendly options and T has never met a biscuits and gravy she didn't like. We have a house in Pasco County, FL where we live with our four cats, and the occasional daddy long legs and lizards.
